Admission Forms for 2024/2025 academic session into the following programs are out:

Admission Requirements

Must be 16 years and above at the time of application.
Must obtain in not more than two (2) sittings O’Level Credit Passes in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and English Language from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or at one sitting from NABTEB.
Birth Certification/ Declaration of Age (Not Baptismal Card).
Testimonial from the last school attended.
Marriage Certificate (if married)
Two (2) recent passport photographs
Mode of Identification (NIN, PVC, Driver’s License, or International Passport)
Basic Nursing Certificate License (for Post Basic Nursing Applicants only)
Original/ Photocopies of all relevant documents will be sighted during interviews.

Sales of forms will start on Wednesday, 19th June, and close on 30th August 2024.

Pay via Remita the sum of N22,500 (Cost for Admission form and Examination fee) in favor of National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu

Select pay a biller
Type against “who to pay” National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu.
Select POS Collections under Services Purpose.
Complete the form and click submit.
Use any of the remita channels to pay. (you may approach any ICT staff at ICT Lab for assistance).
Proceed to the office of the Registrar for
Confirmation of your payment via Remita
Change your confirmed Remita Receipt to NOHE receipt.
Collection of your application form.
Take your already filled form to the ICT Lab for data processing of your application form.

Examination by CBT on Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
