This is to inform the General Public, that sales of forms for the under listed Nursing Programs will commence December/January of this year and next year respectively.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following nursing and midwifery programs in Abia state:

1. Basic Nursing Program: School of Nursing, Umuahia; School of Nursing, Amachara; and School of Nursing, Abia State Teaching Hospital, Aba.
2. Basic Midwifery Program: School of Basic Midwifery, Amachara; Okezie School of Basic Midwifery; and School of Midwifery, Abia State Teaching Hospital, Aba.
3. Post-Basic Nursing Program: School of Nursing, Umuahia; School of Nursing, Amachara; and School of Nursing, Abia State Teaching Hospital, Aba.
   (Applicant must be a Registered Midwife with practicing license).
4. Post-Basic Midwifery Program: School of Basic Midwifery, Amachara; Okezie School of Basic Midwifery; and School of Midwifery, Abia State Teaching Hospital, Aba.
   (Applicant must be a Registered Nurse with practicing license)

Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
