2nd June-August 2024:

-Start sending emails to Professors

• Identify potential supervisorsand PIs
• Align your interests with their research areas
• Send cold mails

3rd August – September 2024

• Pencil down schools to apply to
• Get all the requirements set
• Enumerate your fit for programme
• Write GRE/English Tests/WES Evaluation if you have not.

4th September 2024 – March 2025:

• Apply for Admission/Scholarship
• Attend interviews
• Attend virtual open days

5th March-May 2025:

Prepare to travel

Ensure you meet admission requirements

• Review the specific requirements for your graduate program and the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
• Plan ahead for required documents
• Allow 2-6 months to prepare and collect all necessary documents, including transcripts and test scores.
• Identify a supervisor
• Research and contact potential supervisors in your graduate program of interest.
• Submit your application
• Complete the online application and pay the application fee.
• An application is completely submitted when all your Referees have responded to your LoR request.
• Provide additional program-specific documents
• Check your program requirements for any additional documents that may be needed
