Admission Forms On Sale

This is to inform the general public that the Colleges of Nursing Sciences, Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, and Sapeleforms are on sale for the October 2024 Batch.

Forms On Sale Are:

• General Nursing (3years) — Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, and Sapele.
• Basic Midwifery (3 years) — Asaba, and Sapele.
• Licensed Community Midwifery — Asaba, and Sapele.

Forms are obtainable at various Colleges of choice such as Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, and Sapele for a non-refundable fee of N15,000

Admission Requirements:

Five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than (2) two sittings and NABTEB only one sitting which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

Note: Ages between 18-25 years

Asaba, and Sapele (Basic Nursing, Midwifery, and Licensed Community Midwifery: Friday, 27th September, 20224.)

Agbor, Warri, and Eku (Basic Nursing: Saturday, 28th September, 2024.)
