The Management of Ogun State School of Nursing and Midwifery hereby informs the general public that the Late Sales of Admission Form/ Application Form for the 2024/2025 academic session is currently still on sale.
Also, suitably qualified candidates of the 2021 & 2022, 2023 JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB) applicants who wrote the 2021, 2022 & 2023 JAMB are eligible for this admission.
Candidates who chose & didn’t choose the school in their JAMB are all eligible to apply with a minimum score of 120 and above.

Cost of Application
The cost of the application form is ₦15,500 (Non-Refundable) You can pay through Cash Deposit/Transfer Through the Bank App.
Candidates between the age of 15-45 are eligible to apply.
Who To Apply
Male and Female candidates who have completed the Senior Secondary School education are qualified to purchase the form with credit in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, at not more than two sittings, in Examinations conducted by either of the three accredited SSCE examination board i.e. NECO, NABTEB, GCE & WAEC.
The result combination of the O’Level examination will be accepted.
Note: The application form is only accessible online and not on the school premises.
