Job Description

  • The M&E Assistant will support the M&E systems of the project and assist in the preparation of workplans, budgets, M&E Plans and Performance Framework of the project.  
  • S/He will assist in data collection and management, including developing data collection tools and ensuring timely and quality data reporting.  
  • S/He will assist in performing data analysis, data interpretation and preparation of abstracts for presentation in conferences and other use of data.

Specific Responsibilities
S/He will support the M&E Officer to:

  • Provide support and oversight on monitoring and evaluation of the TB/HIV Integrated Project
  • Ensure that the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities are in line with the project’s implementation plan and meets the donor and project’s M&E needs.
  • Prepare programmatic performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Document and disseminate lessons learned and best practices.
  • Develop technical concepts, guidelines, and procedures related to M&E.
  • Provide inputs to project reports and publications.
  • Ensure implementation data management processes
  • Assist state officers in ensuring that programmatic data/indicators are accurately captured, and reported according to set guidelines
  • Compile, analyze, interpret and archive data generated during project implementation
  • Ensure regular maintenance of database/information system, project’s training database and programmatic progress updates that documents achievements on a regular basis.
  • Represent and make appropriate presentations to stakeholders at various fora on program achievements and deliverables and other M&E activities

Job Title: Project Transport Officer

Location:
 Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The Project Transport Officer (TO) will be responsible for providing transportation support to staff and project activities under the supervision of the State Technical Officer.
  • This role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to organizational transport and security policies, and maintaining vehicles in optimal condition.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide transportation support to staff or project activities
  • Handle vehicle fuelling and maintenance, and ensure adherence to organization’s transport and security policies
  • Provide logistical support as requested by the project office (line manager).
  • Ensure responsible driving
  • Make sure vehicle documents are correct and up-to-date
  • Keep record of vehicle movements in the vehicle log book
  • Maintain vehicle in clean and good condition ensuring that there is adequate fuel at all times
  • Avoid fines for improper parking and driving
  • Ensure punctuality and highest ethical standards
  • Perform other assignments as requested by the Organization’s Management and Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Level of Education – SSCE / Diploma
  • Good spoken and written skills in English language.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the country and in the sub-regions
  • Experience working with a reputable NGO is an added advantage.

RequiredExperience:

  • At least 4 years of professional driving with valid Nigerian Driver’s license and with NGOs
