Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KSCNM) is now accepting applications for the Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can visit the school’s official website at www.kdscnm.edu.ng to start the application process.

Once you’ve submitted your application, don’t forget to print the “Acknowledgement Slip”. This document serves as your proof of application and allows you to keep track of your application status.

Deadlines

The application portal will open on Wednesday 31 January 2024.

Make sure you complete and submit your application on or before Wednesday, the 31st of January, 2024.

Entrance Exam/Oral Interview

Of course, all eligible applicants will be invited to participate in an entrance exam and subsequent oral interview. Invitations will be sent through the telephone number provided in your application form. Thus, make sure you provide a reachable contact for further information.

Applications are invited from suitable/qualified candidates for admission into the Basic Nursing Program at FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada.

REGISTRATION WILL COMMENCE ON JANUARY 9TH, AND WILL CONCLUDE ON JANUARY 12, 2024.

THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 15, 2024.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT:
i. Applicants must have obtained five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in either WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, and these passes should not exceed two sittings.
ii. O-Level Certificate Combination: Acceptable combinations include WAEC-WAEC, NECO-NECO, WAEC-NECO, and NABTEB-NABTEB.
iii. Age Requirement: Applicants should be at least 17 years old at the time of acquiring the application form.
iv. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.
v. Pregnant candidates advised not to obtain the form.
Method of Application:

2. Initiate the online application.
3. Applicants are required to make a non-refundable payment of N5,200 (comprising 5,000 Naira for the application form and 200 Naira for the FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee) through the online application portal.
4. Fill the Form: Complete the application form online.
5. Print Your Registration Slip: Ensure you print your registration slip, as it will be a mandatory requirement during your visit to the school for the entrance examination.
   Method of Screening: Computer Based Test (CBT) covering English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Current Affairs
   EXAMINATION: Entrance examination will HOLD on the 15TH JANUARY, 2024.

Candidates should endeavor to print the registration slip which carries their examination Date, Time and Venue.

SALES OF FORMS FOR POST-BASIC MIDWIFERY NURSING
PROGRAMME FOR 2023/24 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all interested candidates who wish to apply for the Post Basic Nursing Program in Kogi State College of Nursing Sciences, Obangede for the 2023/24 academic session to purchase their forms through the
college website.

REQUIREMENT FOR PURCHASE OF FORMS

1. Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Registration license.
2. Five (5) O’ level credits in relevant subjects that is; Mathematics,
   English language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology) either in WAEC, NECO,
   GCE OR NABTEB in not more than two sittings.

DATE OF THE REGISTRATION

Procurement of forms for the Midwifery program commenced on the 9th January, 2024 and will end on the 16th February, 2024.

The examinations will hold on 21st February, 2024.

You are to come with a copy of your results and Midwifery Council registration/license.

APPLICATION FEE

Applicants are required to pay the sum of fifteen thousand naira only (N15,000.00) through remittal for the exercise.
